以CPN分析直接甲醇燃料電池之無感測濃度控制

摘要


本文針對直接甲醇燃料電池,提出一套以派翠網路為資料模型的VDCCC(Voltage Double-Check Concentration Control)演算法,做為甲醇濃度管理之用。直接甲醇燃料電池是個多元件的系統,包括燃料電池的本體、周邊設備、能量消耗監控系統、以及燃料供給系統,這是我們採用派翠網路進行塑模的動機。因此利用位置節點與轉置節點加入 演算法的概念,即可繪製靜態圖示與動態行為的派翠網路,其次以CPN Tools分析標記(Token)的轉置情形,便可觀察元件動作順序,甚至觀察直接甲醇燃料電池的狀態走向是否發生濃度不足的現象,並且修正演算法的流程,以便供應甲醇以維持濃度在合適的範圍,使其更貼切描寫直接甲醇燃料電池之作用方式。近年來至今未有學者嘗試以派翠網路分析直接甲醇燃料電池系統,如今以派翠網路的特性去分析各元件的互動,因此來驗證直接甲醇燃料電池 演算法,並從派翠網路的角度審視複雜的系統,以及分析 演算法的功能藉以找出最符合流程路徑,並延伸出驗證和簡化這兩個步驟並將其整理。

The body of this thesis is the direct methanol fuel cell management system. We bring up Petri Net data model to analyze the (Voltage Double-Check Concentration Control)algorism. The direct methanol fuel cell is a multi-equipment complex system. It includes the body of fuel cell, peripherals, energy consumption monitoring, and fuel cell supply system. Hence, we analyze characteristics of elements and model by using Petri Net. At first, we combine the algorism with the characteristic of changeable position in Petri Net. Second, we analyze the changing condition of tokens by state space. Then, we can observe the element action sequence. According to this phenomenon, we can detect whether the concentration is enough or not and the direction of direct methanol fuel cell. After that, we can modify the procedure of the algorithm. It is convenient for pouring into the methanol to maintain the concentration in a suitable range. It makes the direct methanol fuel cell more like the real operation. In recent years, there is no scholar use the Petri Net model to analyze the direct methanol fuel cell system. Hence, we use the characteristics of Petri Net to analyze the interaction of each element and prove the algorism. And, we scan the complex system from the point of view of Petri Net. We find the suitable working flow by analyzing the function of algorism. Finally, we extend and marshal two steps - verification and simplification.
