應用Ni基填料於碳化鎢和SKD11工具鋼之真空硬銲研究

Study on the vacuum brazing between tungsten carbide and SKD11 tool steel using Ni-based filler material

摘要


本研究分別以Nicrobraz150、Nicrobraz130和NicrobrazLM等三種Ni基填料,針對碳化鎢VA90和工具鋼SKD11兩者不同材質元件,於真空壓力達5*10-4 torr,硬銲溫度1040℃下持溫25分鐘進行接合。期間並針對銲料潤濕性及其銲件進行微觀結構觀察、硬度測試、拉力試驗與破斷分析。研究結果顯示,三種填料對碳化鎢VA90的潤濕性均良好;對工具鋼SKD11潤濕性以Nicrobraz LM最佳,Nicrobraz 130次之。銲件機械性質方面以Nicrobraz 130填料,其抗拉強度為470(N/mm2)最高;次高為Nicrobraz LM填料亦達345(N/mm2 );Nicrobraz 150填料抗拉強度為292(N/mm2)最低。拉力試驗破壞模式:Nicrobraz 130及Nicrobraz LM填料皆呈現韌窩狀的延性斷裂。而Nicrobraz 150填料則呈現河流狀的脆性斷裂。此研究結果顯示Nicrobraz 130及Nicrobraz LM填料皆可有效的應用在硬銲接合碳化鎢VA90及工具鋼SKD11。

In this study, Tungsten Carbide (VA90) was brazed with Tool Steel (SKD11) using three kinds of nickel-based brazing filler metals (Nicrobraz 150.Nicrobraz 130. Nicrobraz LM). The brazing temperature was 1040 °C for 25 min under 5*10^-4 torr vacuum pressure. During experimental procedual, these filler metals’ wettability and mechanical properties of the brazed joints were measured by micro structure observation, micro hardness testing, shear strength testing. Experimental results show that all of these three filler metals can achieve good wetting and spreading between Tungsten Carbide (VA90) and Tool Steel (SKD11), expecially Nicrobraz LM has the best wettability of these filler metals, which is greater than Nicrobraz 130 and Nicrobraz 150. The shear strengths of joints results show the highest strength was about 470(N/mm2) by using Nicrobraz130, second highest was 345(N/mm2)by Nicrobraz LM, the lowest one was 292(N/mm2) by Nicrobraz150. After observed the fractured surface by tensile strength testing, both Nicrobraz130 & Nicrobraz LM filler metals indicated ductile fracture like dimple shapes, but Nicrobraz150 filler metal indicated brittle fracture like tear line. According to these experimental results, Nicrobraz130 and Nicrobraz LM both performed well for brazed Tungsten Carbide (VA90) and Tool Steel (SKD11), which were pratical for future related applications.
