摘要


現代產業對於大眾交通運輸工具倚重程度日益增加,而一般運輸工具主要仰賴輪胎傳動,因此忽視輪胎安全而發生的事故也日益增加。在實務上,一般大型車輛常有使用回收再製胎的情形,而回收再製胎容易磨損導致胎皮脫落,所以發生爆胎的情形層出不窮。市面上在輪胎安全監測上僅有傳統人為目測、胎壓及溫度監測系統,其中壓力監測系統中有幾項缺點至目前無法克服:無法做到即時性監控、不能保證系統穩定性及電池壽命使用上有限。目前國內外尚未有對輪胎磨耗狀況進行監測之產品,所以無法滿足業者對於輪胎使用安全的期望。本研究利用RFID UHF被動式電子標籤,將標籤埋入胎層1.6釐米深度中,再將胎面膠固定回胎面上,透過標籤埋入胎層來辨識輪胎磨耗情形,並運用輪胎平衡器模擬車輛行進間輪胎運轉轉速情境,在輪胎平衡機上端配置五個模擬天線位置,並且加入輪胎旋轉轉速、雨水與砂石情境來驗證系統的可行性,期能有效並即時監測輪胎磨耗程度。

The modern industry rely on the public transportation increases day by day. But the general transportation mainly emphasizes the function of the tire transmission. Thus, the accidents caused due to the disregard of tire safety also day by day increases. In fact, the general large vehicles are often use the tire of recycling remake , which are easily worn out the tire tread. In tire safety, there are only tire pressure and temperature monitoring systems on the market. The products of monitoring tire wear are still unavailable. Therefore, manufacturers are always not meet their expectation of tire safety. In the study, we can identify the tire wear condition by RFID passive tag embedded in the ply tire and use the antenna arrangements and experiment to verify the feasibility of the system which are expected to monitor the situation on the tire wear level.
