翼牆與單鋼柱實驗之影像量測與嵌入式系統相機之可行性

摘要


結構實驗是進行地震工程相關研究的重要方法,相關的量測技術研發也是不可或缺的工作。隨著數位攝影科技的進步,利用數位攝影技術進行實驗量測的可行性隨之大幅提升,其普及化與成本降低更是未來選擇的趨勢。由國內自行研發的影像量測分析系統ImPro Stereo採用一種簡易的方法進行3D位移量與平面應變場的分析,並已透過零應變分析發法驗證其精準度。但ImPro的平面應變場分析尚未進行與大量傳統應變計量測數據做比較。 本文介紹兩個影像量測應用於結構實驗之案例。第一個案例利用翼牆反覆側推實驗來驗證ImPro Stereo影像分析軟體於翼牆與柱交會處之裂縫分析。第二個案例利用鋼柱單柱反覆側推實驗來比較本研究所開發的影像分析應變場量測技術其適用性和準確性,並與傳統的應變計分析方式做比較,得到一個相對可信的適用範圍,以便提供未來相關實驗方法之參考。相較於過去研究人員需要以較複雜的方式才能分析,本研究開發的影像分析軟體讓研究人員得以快速地操作各個影像分析的流程步驟,進而求得量測區域的位移場與應變場,減少相關的研究時間和成本。最後,將嵌入式系統的觀念帶進本影像量測技術,以研究室既有的智慧型相機進行其可行性評估,判斷是否可以提升其品質,降低人力需求與成本。

Development on structural experiments and related measurement techniques is important to earthquake engineering research. As the digital imaging equipment cost is dramatically dipping and its performance is rapidly improving, image-based measurement nowadays is feasible and accurate for many of the structural experiments. An image-based measurement system named ImPro Stereo adopts a simple method to measure 3D displacements and plane strain fields, and its accuracy is preliminarily verified by a series of zero strain tests. However, it has not been validated by comparing the strain fields measured by strain gauge arrays. This work conducted two structural experiments that adopted ImPro Stereo measurement system. The first one is an RC wing-wall cyclic-loading test in which ImPro Stereo was used to measure the cracks between wing walls and columns. The second one is a cyclic-loading test of a steel column, which plane strain fields were measured by both ImPro Stereo and a strain gauge array. The comparison between ImPro Stereo measurement and the strain gauge array, as well as finite element numerical simulation were compared and discussed in this work. Finally, the feasibility of partially implementing the ImPro Stereo into an embedded system is discussed in this work.
