以TRIZ為基礎之技術功效矩陣分析-以3D列印製程技術為例

TRIZ-Based Technology-Function Matrix Analysis: The case of 3D Printing Process

摘要


3D 列印技術的出現,改變過去傳統的材料切割或去除加工技術,取而代之以材料的堆疊及固化技術來製造產品,而3D列印這個創新技術,將會帶動許多產業供應鏈的重大轉變。本研究以3D列印製程中技術-Material Jetting與Stereo Lithography Apparatus為研究範圍,藉由專利檢索後,找出關鍵技術,藉以繪製專利功效矩陣圖,並結合發明性問題解決理論(Theory of the Solution of Inventive Problems, TRIZ)矩陣,完成以TRIZ為基之技術功效矩陣圖,藉此看出3D列印製程技術特徵與專利分布情形,並針對解決產品細部設計階段之工程技術矛盾進行研發改善建議。本文發現由TRIZ功效矩陣能有效解決Material Jetting與Stereo Lithography Apparatus的技術瓶頸,並提供台灣廠商去進行產品研發創新與專利布局的參考,後續也可作為專利迴避的可能。

The emergence of 3D or additive manufacturing technology gradually replaces traditional printing procedures that use material cutting and removal techniques. The innovative technology of 3D printing will bring many major changes to the supply chain and thus is regarded as a major technique in the third industrial revolution. In order to identify the patents and potential improvement of material jetting technique and stereo lithography apparatus technique, this research combines patent technology-function matrix with the theory of solution of inventive problems (TRIZ) to complete a TRIZ-based technology-function matrix for the 3D printing techniques: material jetting and stereo lithography apparatus. The analytical results can contribute constructing patent technology development maps, and discovering technology niches. Furthermore, this approach can enhance the efficiency of new product designs and current product improvement.
