預力混凝土橋梁是目前國內既有橋梁中佔有最高比例之橋梁型式,其中又以箱型梁橋占大多數。本論文針對預力混凝土橋箱型梁橋橫向分析、斷面鋼筋配置設計及數量計算之輔助分析系統開發研究,接續王俊穎完成之『預力混凝土橋梁分析及設計輔助分析系統』與粘晉銘完成之『預力混凝土橋梁自動化設計繪圖系統(AutoDes_PC)之開發』等研究成果,成功建構『預力混凝土橋梁自動化分析與設計全整式平台』。 本論文主要貢獻有以二:(1)開發輔助分析系統,快速求得箱型梁橫斷面內應力分佈,進行配筋設計並加以輸出結構計算書以供核對,降低人為誤差;(2)建構箱型梁標準斷面圖並計算所需之鋼筋數量,並彙整成鋼筋數量表,以符合工程實務之所需。 本論文統整預力混凝土橋梁之分析、設計、自動化繪圖與結構計算書以及數量計算書之編制,可達到分析設計自動化之目的,節省繁瑣的人工作業,避免人為出錯機率,有效提昇工作效率。
Following by previous studies on "Computer-aided Analysis System of Prestressed Concrete Bridges Using Box-girder" (Wang, 2012) and "Computer-aided Drawing System of Prestressed Concrete Bridges Using Box-girder" (Nian, 2013), this thesis continues to establish platform on automatic analysis and design for prestressed concrete bridges". Two major contributions of this thesis are concluded. The first one is to develop the rapid analysis tool in determining stress distribution of box-girder subjected to various possible vehicle loadings and complete the reinforcement arrangements as well as report of structural analysis. The second one is to construct standard drawing of box-girder section. In which, various types of reinforcement used can be displayed automatically and the quantity of self weight can be listed in tabulate format to match the requirements of practical engineering efforts. This thesis comprises structural analysis, structural design, computer-aided drawing and automatic edition of technical reports. The efficiency on design of prestressed concrete bridges is able to be enhanced significantly.
