摘要


本論文主要目的在於研究軟體部署管理之核心技術,建置一個以服務導向架構為基礎之軟體元件部署管理系統,提供遠端軟體元件部署與管理的功能。 隨著寬頻網路環境的普及與智慧家庭概念的推廣,使用家用閘道器連接家庭監控、居家照護、自動控制等家用智慧裝置以提供數位服務的方案逐漸普及,隨即而來的問題就是大量家用閘道器上軟體元件的更新與維護之問題。當家用閘道器製造商或數位服務供應商需要新增或更新閘道器上的軟體元件時,面對散佈各地的閘道器必須耗費大量的人力資源才能完成作業。 開放式服務閘道器規範 OSGi (Open Service Gateway initiative) 為網路服務閘道器定義了一個標準執行環境,本研究在此標準架構下發展閘道器代理人,透過SyncML與裝置管理平台溝通,隨時更新閘道器上的軟體元件。然而,在面對不同的應用領域,服務管理系統的業務邏輯需要不斷調整,以符合不同需求。因此系統採用SOA(Service Oriented Architecture,服務導向架構),整合不同平台,提高系統的彈性,以因應快速變動的商業邏輯。 藉由本系統的實作,發展一套整合軟體管理、閘道器管理、用戶管理與部署管理之整合平台,協助家用閘道器製造商與數位服務供應商有效管理閘道器上的軟體元件,降低維護家用閘道器的成本,提升顧客滿意度。

The purpose of this research is to provide a device management system which can help simplify device management to help service providers gain market advantage, increase customer loyalty, and enhance revenue growth. Increasing the number of Home gateway will increase the services coverage area. However, as the scale of gateway becomes larger, the management issues involved becomes more complicated and the task of remaining cost effective becomes increasingly challenging. The object of the research is to develop better service management framework for large scale of homecare gateway devices. Furthermore, a solution of centralized service management system with SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) model was developed. The Device Management Center solution is a web application that based on SOA technologies enabling the seamless integration. From the result of this research, we look forward to building up a comprehensive Device Management Center and the platform for the service management. And we trust the combination of these two can completely ameliorate the Information Appliance qualities and attain to the goal of the cooperation between the productive and academic fields.
