本實驗利用溶液掺合的方式,將聚壓克力酸及各種塑膠做掺合得到聚壓克力酸納米複合材料,利用FTIR去看是否有混合,再利用DSC去觀看Tg是否有移動。 本研究首創,先利用膨潤劑SINOTEX RF-751,將親水性無機黏土改質成親油性有機黏土,再以電磁攪拌使之改質計和HEMA混合均勻,利用改質劑和HEMA單體中均含有C=C基,使用自由基不終止反應,使蒙托土的矽酸鹽層之層間距離可以更進一部的擴大達到剝離的效果,再加入wPU高分子,作成wPU奈米複合材料。再利用X-RAY、FTIR、以及萬能試驗機進行分析。
The clay nanocomposites are studied in this research . The clay are exfoliated by living free radical polymerization. They are added to PU . Their mechanical properties are investigated . The tensile strengths and wear properties increased significantly . Finally , hyperbranched polymer are synthesized and added to the nanocomposites.Their wear properties are elucidated .
