本研究旨在以臺北縣市為例,探討技專校院行政成員對軍訓教官工作績效認知,根據文獻探討結果編製「技專校院行政成員對軍訓教官工作績效認知之研究-以臺北縣市為例」調查問卷,經專家審查及問卷預試後編製正式問卷,對臺北縣市23所國立及私立技專校院之教務長、學生事務長、總務長、三長所轄之組長、職員、研究所所長與系(科)主任等為調查對象進行普查,回收有效問卷499份,有效回收率達72.32%。採用SPSS 12.0版統計軟體,以描述性統計、單一樣本t檢定、獨立樣本t檢定及單因子變異數分析等統計方法,進行資料分析與處理,獲致下列重要結論: 一、臺北縣市技專校院行政成員對「軍訓教官工作績效認知」感到肯定,尤其最肯定校園安全維護任務績效。 二、女性技專校院行政成員對軍訓教官工作績效認知較男性行政成員感到肯定。 三、高年齡技專校院行政成員對軍訓教官工作績效認知較年輕行政成員感到肯定。 四、技專校院擔任高階行政主管行政成員對軍訓教官工作績效認知較中低階行政人員的行政成員感到肯定。 五、資淺的技專校院行政成員對軍訓教官團隊合作情境績效構面認知比資深的行政成員感到肯定。 六、私立技專校院行政成員對軍訓教官工作績效認知較公立技專校院行政成員感到肯定。 七、服務於專科學校的行政成員對軍訓教官工作績效認知較科技大學與技術學院的行政成員感到肯定。
The study aims at taking Taipie City and County as examples to examine cognitive developments of administration members toward job performances of military instructors at both public and private vocational and technological colleges and universities. Based on research reviews, the study comprises questionnaires approved and pretested by scholars of the related field. The questionnaires titled as “Congnition of Administration Members Toward Job Performances of Military Instructors at Vocational and Technological Colleges and Universities” have been delivered to twenty three vocational and technological colleges and universities in Taipei City and Taipei County. The members the questionnaires are concerned with include the deans, directors of student affairs, directors of general affairs and the administration staff under their supervision such as the leaders of the three academic sections concerned, their subordinates, heads of graduate programs and heads of departments. The study consists of 499 copies of 72.32 percent valid questionnaires and has been conducted via the statistic software SPSS, version 12.0. The questionnaires are analyzed and processed by means of descriptive statistics, single sample Test T, individual sample Test T and variations in per factor. The following statements are concluding comments drawn from the questionnaires: 1. Administration members of vocational and technological colleges and universities are positive in terms of their attitudes about “Congition Toward Job Performances of Military Instructors.” They especially approve of the campus security job performed by military instructors. 2. Female administration members are more positive toward job performances of military instructors than male ones. 3. Elderly administration memembers are more positive toward job performances of military instructors than the young. 4. Administration members of upper ranking are more positive toward job performances of military instructors than those of middle and low ranking. 5. Junior administration members are more positive toward job performances conducted by the teamwork of military instructors than senior ones. 6. Administration members at private schools are more positive toward job performances of military instructors than those at public schools. 7. Administration members at colleges are more positive toward job performances of military instructors than those at institutes and universities of technology.
