性質不同的酒精燃料對低碳生質柴油引擎性能影響之研究

摘要


為了節能減碳,近年來各國相繼直接使用生質燃料或在石化燃料中添加混合生質燃料以減少車輛使用石化燃料和降低CO2的排放量。本研究使用生質柴油和生質酒精的生質混合燃料做為車用柴油引擎的燃料,將棕櫚油甲酯生質柴油混合乙醇或丁醇生質酒精的生質混合燃料(POME+E或POME+B),以及棕櫚油甲酯生質柴油混合乙醇和丁醇生質酒精的混合生質燃料(POME+EB),經實驗結果顯示,使用混合生質燃料會增加燃料消耗率,但幾乎不影響原柴油引擎的馬力輸出,POME+E和POME+B的生質燃料分別對Smoke 和HC濃度值的減低效果特別顯著。而POME+EB混合生質燃料則兼顧了POME+E和POME+B的優點,值得推廣使用。

In order to reduce carbon emissions in recent years, countries use directly bio-fuels or add mixed bio-fuels in fossil fuels for the purpose of reducing vehicle comsuming fossil fuels and of reduce CO2 emissions . In this study, bio-mass fuel mixed with bio-diesel and bio-ethanol is filled into vehicular diesel engine tank, This bio-mass fuel including Palm Oil Methy Ester(abbr.POME) blend with ethanol or butanol theses two blended bio-fuel called,( POEM + E) or( POEM + B).POME blend with both ethanol and butanol is a blended bio-fuel called (abbr. POEM + EB ).The experimental shows that mixed biofuels will increase fuel consumption rate , but almost does not affect the original diesel engine horsepower output , POEM + E , and POEM + B biofuels reduce the effect of Smoke and HC concentration values particularly significant . The POEM + EB mixing biofuels into account the POEM + E, and advantages of POEM + B is valueable to be used widely.
