本研究利用溶膠凝膠法一次燒成製備Ba2SiO4:Re(Re=Eu3+、Eu2+)螢光體與,探討在不同的製程參數下對其光激發光特性之影響。使用溶膠凝膠法一次燒成製備Ba2SiO4:Eu3+螢光體,改變燒成溫度1100℃~1250℃、改變Eu3+摻雜濃度1 mole% ~ 3 mole%、燒成持溫時間2hr ~ 6hr,以395 nm的波長為激發光源,可以在610 nm處得到最佳的發光強度,得到紅色範圍的578 nm、587 nm、589 nm、594 nm、610 nm、618 nm、651 nm、654 nm、686 nm、701 nm等放射峰,符合5D0→7F0、5D0→7F1、5D0→7F2、5D0→7F3、5D0→7F4等電子遷移。製備Ba2SiO4:Eu2+螢光體在改變燒成溫度為1100℃~1250℃、改變Eu2+摻雜濃度為1 mole% ~ 3 mole%、改變燒成持溫時間為2hr ~ 6hr,以360 nm的波長為激發光源,可以在505 nm處得到較佳發光強度。,符合4f7(8S7/2)→4f6(7Fj)5d1遷移之藍綠光放射。
The research is attempted to synthesize Ba2SiO4:Re(Re=Eu3+、Eu2+) phosphor by using one step fired sol-gel method. Study several controlling factors that could affect the phosphor’s luminescence characteristics, such as firing temperature, firing time, doped with different amounts of the activator.Eu3+ activated Ba2SiO4 phosphors were synthesized at 1150℃~1250℃ for 4 hours~6hours by sol-gel process in a air ambient, doping Eu3+ 1 mole%~3 mole% has the best luminous intensity. The excitation spectrum monitored at 610 nm, obtained the strongest excitation peak at 395 nm, and the emission spectrum excited by 395 nm, showed red light wavelength range that were 578 nm、587 nm、589 nm、594 nm、610 nm、618 nm、651 nm、654 nm、686 nm、701 nm, they were correspond to 5D0→7F0、5D0→7F1、5D0→7F2、5D0→7F3、5D0→7F4 transitions, respectively.Eu2+ activated Ba2SiO4 phosphors were synthesized at 1150℃~1250℃ for 4 hours~6hours by sol-gel process in a reductive atmosphere, doping Eu2+ 1 mole%~3 mole% has the best luminous intensity. The excitation spectrum monitored at 505 nm, obtained the strongest excitation peak at 360 nm, and the emission spectrum excited by 360 nm the emission spectrum excited by 505 nm, showed blue-green emission peak at 505 nm that due to 4f7(8S7/2)→4f6(7Fj)5d1 transition.
