As the global economy rapid development in recent years, resulting in significantly improved the quality of people's lives, so that people's shopping patterns have be changed, people will gradually towards the discount store or supermarket to buy the necessities of life supplies, due to the traditional stores have one-stop shopping foot, food court, and other entertainment facility, so many parents like to hypermarket with their kids in holidays. However, traditional stores still existing many shortcomings, such as, we need a lot of time to find merchandise that we need, commodity demand many space, etc.. Therefore, this research proposes an RFID technology based on the "RFID hypermarket service model". This research will use eM-plant simulation system to compare traditional hypermarket model and RFID hypermarket model for the "space", "cost", "shopping time" these three performance indicators. As the result, the RFID hypermarket model is better than the old hypermarket model in three performance indicators. Hence, this research proposed new hypermarket have many advantage, for example: can reduce a lot of waiting time before customer checkout, shopping route will be more clearly, customer can be more efficiently to shopping, etc. As for the hypermarket manager, have more merchandise display space, more easily grasp the real store sales information, etc. Finally, the research expects use RFID hypermarket service model to improve service satisfaction, reduce hypermarket in space, funding and management of the shortcomings.
