本研究的目的係實證磁化水之生理生化應用,以動植物實驗暨物化性質測試探討磁化水之真實成效。量化賦予水不同電能時,比較不同能量位階的水對植物、動物及人體所產生的生理生長差異。 本研究係以煮沸處理、變更過濾條件、變更存儲容器等條件,比較本研究室磁化機與市售磁化機所產生的磁化水對植物栽培試驗(發芽生長速率、開花、結果實)、動物基本生理變化試驗(活動力、體重)與人體基本生理變化試驗(體重、體脂、血壓、脈搏、腰臀比),同時遵守GMP、GLP及GCP規定下,執行各式條件下的水樣品之電導度(EC)、總固體溶解量(TDS)、pH值、氧化還原電位(ORP)及溶氧度(DO)在室溫及攝式40℃環境下等之安定性試驗,據以確認磁化水商品應用之效益。 實驗所得,證實20KHz磁化水對植物成長及降低人體體脂率及腰臀比(心血管疾病風險指標)均有明顯助益;40KHz磁化水對動物成長及活動力有明顯助益。
This study is aiming to investigate the physiology and biology application of the magnetic water through the animal and botanical models. Furthermore, the physical and chemical properties are studied according to various energy input. Controlling factors like boiling, filtering and preserving conditions are testified to compare the commercial machine and our laboratory designed machine. The experiments for plants include germination tests, bringing forth flower and fruit; experiments for animals include mouse physiology tests (activities and weight) and human physical measurements (weight, fat, blood pressure, pulse and the ration of waist and hips) through the period of the magnetic water intake. All the experiments and tests are under GMP、GLP and GCP regulation, the stability tests of the magnetic water are conducted at room temperature and at 40∘C by monitoring the electrical conductivity (EC)、total solid solubility (TDS)、pH value、oxidation and reduction potentials (ORP) and dissolved oxygen (DO) factors, in order to explore the possible commercial applications. Positive outcome are concluded that fixed 20KHz is beneficial for the plants and proved to reduce the human body fat and the ratio of the waist and hip (cardiovascular risk factor) while the 40KHz is proved to be good for animal growth and activity.
