Mobile next generation networks must to provide multimedia applications. The issues that using the limited bandwidth resources efficiently while considering diversiform services and high network quality both provided at the same time have already been studied in extensive research. In this thesis, in order to raise the bandwidth utilization of the entire mobile network system by sharing the work load of heavy-loading base station to others, we propose a ripple style early handoff scheme to renew the dynamic bandwidth reservation scheme into a new connection admission control mechanism. As the simulation platform, NS2 is the tool we materialized our virtual network model. After simulation and verification, the proposed ripple style early handoff scheme is observed with the improvement of the bandwidth utilization of the mobile network.
