本研究為探討聚碳酸丙烯酯(PPC,Polypropylene carbonate)之基本物理性質,包括:溶液黏度、溶液導電度、熱性質、機械性質等,機械性質則包括應力-應變測試及潛變回復測試。在潛變測試測試中,我們得到了PPC薄膜的潛變回復性約為50%,但添加適當比例的PLA後,可以有效地提升其潛變回復性。 之後我們嘗試將PPC溶液以靜電紡絲之方式製備不織布薄膜,並探討電紡過程的最佳化條件,最後以20% PPC丙酮溶液做為電紡溶液;電紡條件為操作距離10cm,電壓15kv。進一步,添加不同比例之PLA於PPC電紡溶液中以提升其不織布薄膜之玻璃轉移溫度,並對其最佳電紡條件及機械性質做一系列的探討。
In this research, we probed the physical properties of Polypropylene carbonate, including viscosity, conductivity, thermal properties and mechanical properties. The mechanical properties including strain-stress test and creep-recovery test. In the creep-recovery test, we found the creep-recovery rate of PPC was about 50%. After adding appropriate ratio of PLA, it’s creep-recovery rate could be raised efficiently. Then, we tried to produce the PPC nonwoven membrane via electrospinning and probed the optimum conditions for electrospinning. The best condition was using 20% PPC in acetone solution; electrospinning distance was 10 cm, and the voltage is 15kv. Furthermore, we added different ratio of PLA into PPC electrospinning solution to increase membrane’s glass transition temperature and made a series of research for the electrospinning optimum conditions and mechanical properties.
