蒸爆木質纖維素物質產製腐植酸的研究

摘要


工業上生產腐植酸主要是以煤炭為主,研究顯示腐植酸是以木質素為主要來源,各種含有木質纖維素的物質均可以用來生產腐植酸,故原材料十分容易取得,也可以幫助處理農業廢棄物。 本研究利用實驗設計法,尋找濕氧蒸爆時氧氣壓力與蒸爆後鹼處理濃度對生產腐植酸的最適化條件。蒸爆時氧氣壓力從0~5Bar,蒸爆後NaOH以及Na4P2O7濃度從0.05M ~ 0.15M。研究結果顯示在氧氣壓力5Bar、NaOH濃度0.15M、 Na4P2O7濃度0.15M的條件下,有最高的腐植酸產量4.9945g。

The industrial production of humic acid usually are coal humic acid. There are evidence that lignin was the source of humic substance. Lignocellulosic materials can be the source of humic acid, which is easy to get and can help with clean the agricultural waste. In this study, steam explosion treatment Acacia find the most suitable conditions for production of humic acid, the use of experimental design to explore the oxygen pressure, sodium hydroxide concentration and tetrasodium pyrophosphate concentration in the range of 0~5 bar with 0.05~0.15M and 0.05~0.15M. The results showed that with 5 bar oxygen, 0.15M NaOH, 0.15M Na4P2O7, have the highest production of humic acid 4.9945g.
