適路性機車頭燈系統之建立與動態實體測試

摘要


目前多數車輛的頭燈系統都採用固定式的照明系統,來提供駕駛者前方路面的照明,但這樣的系統會因行車路徑及路面改變,無法適時的提供駕駛者前方路面照明,也會造成對向來車不必要的干擾,而導致增加交通意外事故的發生機率。現階段已有許多車廠研發出適路性先進頭燈系統(Adaptive Front-light System,AFS)來改善固定式照明的缺點。 由於近年來LED技術層面大幅成長,使用LED頭燈有壽命長、光源色澤穩定、燈泡啟動快速、以及高亮度等好處,本論文使用LED陣列式頭燈,並針對機車頭燈進行不同路況模擬分析,如轉彎、上下坡、坑洞、減速墊的車身姿態變化,分析數據後去設計適路性頭燈之雛型與控制器,再進行硬體規劃及驅動電路之系統整合,來達到實車組裝並測試。此適路性頭燈系統可隨機車俯仰、側傾及車速之不同動態,以及行駛不同的道路環境,搭配因應法規規範之光源型態,將LED陣列模組快速改變其照明光型,大幅提升頭燈反應速度、頭燈照射效率及照明範圍,減少不合適之眩光,提供騎士更佳的照明視野及道路安全。

Nowadays, most of vehicles apply fixed headlight system which provide drivers illumination for the front road. But this kind of system doesn’t work when the paths and roads are varied. Also, the system can't offer drivers the illumination of the front road timely which can cause traffic accident easily. Many car manufactures developed new generation of Adaptive Front-light System (AFS) to improve the traditional headlight system of the present stage. Owing to the technology of LED have developed substantially, using the LED headlight has some benefits of longer life, stable light color, fast start and low energy consumption. This paper focuses on the LED motorcycle headlight system and analyzes dynamic data of motorcycle headlight in different environments, such as turns, up or down-hills, potholes, or bumpers. these analyzed data are used to design the prototype and controller for the AFS headlight. Then the hardware and circuit driver are integrated into full system for test. This motorcycle adaptive headlight system provides appropriate beam pattern of headlight for the change of pitch, roll, speed, and road environments, thus the motorcycle headlight system will increase headlight response speed, illumination efficiency and illuminated area to provide a better vision and safe driving environment.
