由之前甚多研究已知於砂漿試體內加入碳纖維可使試體成為一導體,不但大大降低了砂漿試體的電阻值,並可透過量測電阻方式來得知試體受力下之變形程度。當試體受力時,會導致碳纖維與砂漿之間產生拉伸或擠壓,拉伸會造成電阻值升高,而擠壓會造成電阻值降低,但卻少有文獻提及加載速率與加載次數對電阻變化率的影響,故本文就以不同加載速率與不同加載次數來進行實驗,並比較各試體電阻變化的影響。在實驗方面採用了四種試體,分別為一般碳纖維砂漿塗層梁試體、一般及奈米碳纖維砂漿圓柱試體、一般碳纖維混凝土圓柱試體,量測方式上,也針對二線式及四線式進行分析比較。分析結果顯示,不論碳纖維種類,當加載速率越快,在相同應變下其電阻變化率將會越小,反之則越大,當加載次數越多,在相同應變下其電阻變化率將趨向於不穩定,而在量測方式上採用四線式量測會比採用二線式來的穩定。
Prior research by many knowns to add the carbon fiber can become a conductor in specimens,not only greatly reduce the resistance value of the mortar specimen, and can measure the resistance through the way that the degree of specimen deformation under stress. When the specimens compressed with loading will lead to pull-out or push-in between the carbon fiber and mortar,pull-out caused resistance value increased,while push-in caused lower resistance values.But loading rates and cycles of change in resistance rarely mentioned in the paper.Therefore,this paper at different loading rates and loading times for different experiments and compare the impact of each specimen resistance change.In the experiment,using of four specimens were generally coating carbon fiber mortar beam specimens,general and nano carbon fiber mortar cylindrical specimens,general carbon fiber concrete cylindrical specimen.In measurement methods, were also analyzed and compared for the two-wire and four-wire.The results show that both types of carbon fibers. At the same strain,loading rates faster would made change in electrical resistance smaller.When loading more times in the same strain,change in electrical resistance will tend to be unstable.In the measurement method,using four-wire much stable than two-wire.
