摘要

重視全球市場的企業，在規劃其專利佈局時，皆會投入技術較為先進、市場需求性高的地區。本文以中華民國與美國「ADF機構」專利製作專利地圖，分析比較兩國技術差異，瞭解近年來專利發展現況、技術發展趨勢與相關產業的競爭企業動態，並對ADF機構產業佈局以及未來發展提出建議，期能提供相關領域人員在研發與應用時的參考。本文分析中華民國與美國結論如下:
美國踏入「ADF機構」領域時間點雖比中華民國提早了五至七年，中華民國透過與國外大廠ODM、 OEM合作，漸漸開創出自身品牌且積極開拓美國市場，且近年技術方向相同，顯示中華民國在ADF機構領域中擁有相對的技術能力。
中華民國「ADF機構」專利目前位於重整階段，而美國「ADF機構」專利目前為成熟期。兩國主要機構技術生命週期顯示「傳送機構」已進入衰退期，「拾取&分離機構」目前位於成熟期，「輸送路程機構」為各競爭廠商所爭相投入的成長期。
中華民國與美國「ADF機構」技術方式目前都以滾輪技術為主，可再分為機械式與感測式控制；機械式控制目前已廣為使用，而感測式控制在美國ADF機構專利申請數量較多。

Attach importance global market of enterprise, in planning the layout of the patents when they will invest more advanced technology, high market demand areas. In this paper, the Chinese and the United States’ "ADF Machine" of the patent into the patent map, analyze the technical differences between the two countries to find out the status of development in recent years, patents, technology development trends and related industries competitive dynamic, and ADF machine industrial layout and the future development of proposals related to the field of view to provide staff in R & D and application of reference. This paper analyzes the results of the Chinese and the United States are as follows:
The United States entered the "ADF Machine" point in time than the Chinese as early as five to seven years, the Chinese through the cooperation of foreign companies of ODM and OEM, gradually opening up its own brand and take positive steps to develop the U.S. market, in recent years, the same with Technical direction as shows that the Chinese in the field of ADF machine have possession of the relative technical capabilities.
The Chinese’s "ADF Machine" patents currently in the restructuring phase, the United States’s "ADF Machine" patent is currently mature. The principal machine of the two countries shows that the life cycle of technology "Feed Machine" has entered into a recession, "Pick up & Separation Machine" is currently located in the mature stage, "Transmission Path Machine" is the competitors want to enter the long-term.
The Chinese and the United States’ "ADF Machine" technical means are to wheel technologies, can be further classified as mechanical and sensor control; mechanical control has been widely used, and the sensor of control in the United States a larger number of patent applications.
