液化天然氣廠區之陰極防蝕工程

摘要


本篇論文從臺北捷運的雜散電流造成鋼軌腐蝕講起;首先介紹大眾捷運系統所產生的雜散電流對地下管線的腐蝕情況的影響,尤其台灣高溫潮濕的氣候所形成的鹽份、塵土、碳粉塵生成與附著,使得雜散電流所造成的腐蝕問題愈明顯。 其次敘述腐蝕對經濟、時間及社會成本的影響,論述現今台北捷運系統在預防和控制地下腐蝕的設計及處理經驗,且驗證在建造初期捷運供電系統工作項目,從台北捷運鋼鐵成品(鋼軌)腐蝕之防護的重要性,以至液化天然氣廠區之陰極防蝕工程、過程、心得及建議等項目內容編寫,章節以施工過程為主,兩者共通性是近百年來把人類智慧結晶,在工業上半導體製程的大幅度的小型化後,近代物理和電化學的理論實際歸納驗證其功能,把人類智慧結晶得以藉由陰極防蝕工程實踐。 藉著人口對環境的基礎設施需求建立,長期以來相關(防蝕、鋼鐵協會)產業協會的年度區域性研討會或是論文學術討論的磨合推進,最終實踐於大型公共工程與基礎設施建造完成後,才能讓大眾享受成果的便利,而液化天然氣接收站、石油煉油廠和電廠發電量是一個國家經濟發展的指標性基礎設施工業建築,隨著人類所耗費的能源日以劇增,天然氣為新能源中取代石油的新霸主。

This report states from the Taipei MRT rail corrosion caused by stray current;Firstly, introduces how stray current generated from mass rapid transit system effects the corrosion of underground pipelines. Especially under the Taiwan’s hot and humid climate,corrosion problems from the stray current is more obvious due to the salt, dust, toner dust and adhesion. Secondly, discuss the impacts on economic, social time and cost implications from corrosion. Also discuss the design and processing experience of Taipei Rapid Transit System in the prevention and control of corrosion of underground and its verification through the power supply system in the early construction work of the MRT project. The importance of corrosion protection on the steel of Taipei MRT (rail) as well as the cathodic protection engineering, processes,ideas in liquefied natural gas plant projects are the main skeleton of this report and mainly in the construction process.The cathodic protection engineering is hundred years of human wisdom. In industry, the semiconductor manufacturing process greatly is miniaturized. Modern physics and the theory of electrochemistry are verified to its functionality. Human wisdom is practiced by cathodic protection engineering. On the environment by human infrastructure needs created. For a long ime-related (corrosion,Iron and Steel Institute) Industry Association's annual regional seminars or academic discussion papers running forward. Eventually, the practice in large-scale public works and infrastructure construction is completed, in order to allow the public to enjoy the convenience of the results. The LNG terminal, oil refineries and power plant generating capacity is an indicator of the country's economic development infrastructure industrial buildings. As human energy-consuming day to surge,oil is replaced by natural gas (Liquefied Natural Gas) as new energy.
