工科技藝競賽題型分析與選手培訓之研究-以工業配線職種為例

摘要


本研究主要透過文獻探討、德懷術和個案研究法的運用,進行資料的蒐集、分析與討論,進而分析並探討工業配線選手專業能力,最後建立較有效的的工業配線選手培訓專業指標。結論可分為選手素質、行政支援、指導老師、選手能力四個部分。選手素質必須要有旺盛的企圖心、環境適應能力強、反應快、品德好、服從性高,且主動學習的學生、學科能力強、專業反應快及具備先備技能學習基礎。行政支援必須具備主管的重視、提供充分的行政支援、提供充足的訓練材料及提供保養良好的機具設備。指導老師必須具備建立訓練制度以學長制輔助訓練工作、設定目標達成訓練任務,掌控訓練進度落實訓練計畫,指導老師平時用心蒐集整理資料、指導老師分析單元學習技能、編製訓練用的單元電路圖、工作單、訓練學生根據評分表掌握競賽評分的重點、訓練學生習慣先訂出工作程序及做好時間分配、訓練學生有能力尋找可行的補救方法以提升選手能力及訓練學生避免選手發生同樣的問題以降低失誤率。選手能力必須具備學科能力17項專業指標、術科能力26項專業指標及解析題目能力14項專業指標。

This study mainly through the applications of literature review, Delphi technique and case study methodto process to conduct the collection, analysis and discussion of data and further analyzes and explores the professional competency of industrial wiring contestants, at last, establishes professional indicators of industrial wiring contestants’ training that is more effective. Conclusion could be divided into four parts, contestant quality, administrative support, advisor and contestant ability. Contestant qualities need to have students that have exuberant ambitions, strong ability to adapt to the environment, quick response capacity, good morality, high submissiveness and would learn actively, even more, they need to have strong subject ability, quick response capacity and learning foundation of prior technical ability. Administrative supports need to have supervisor's attention and to provide sufficient administrative support, sufficient training materials and well-maintained machineries and equipments. Advisors need to establish training system and assist training work by the system of pecking order, to set a goal and accomplish the training mission and to get hold of the training schedule and implement the training plan; at ordinary times, they diligently collect and organize data, analyze unit learning skills, compile unit circuit diagrams and worksheets, train students to get hold of the key point of competition score according to the rating form, train students to habitually set the working routine and allocate their time, train students to have the ability to search for feasible remedy in order to improve contestants’ ability and train students in order to avoid contestants having the same problem and reduce the error rate. Contestant abilities need to have 17 professional indicators for subject ability, 26 professional indicators for practical ability and 14 professional indicators for the ability to analyze questions.
