電力線監控系統與冷卻水塔耗電量分析

摘要


本論文利用LonWorks通訊技術的電力線通訊架構,將LonWorks通訊技術的電力線控制模組與三相數位電表、溫度記錄器、開關控制模組和紅外線模組作結合,建立一套即時監控系統,監控的功能包含三相電力監控系統、溫度監控系統、數位開關控制、紅外線偵測、即時影像監控、預約排程和數據紀錄功能,可用於監控冰水主機或是冷卻水塔之數據與現場的情形。 本論文亦使用田口法分析影響冷卻水塔耗電量的影響因子,包含外氣乾球溫度、相對濕度、外氣濕球溫度、冷卻水塔進水溫度、冷卻水塔出水溫度及冷卻水塔噸數這些影響參數,並分析這些參數何者影響冷卻水塔耗電量的比重較大,且在何種水準下冷卻水塔是較省電,由分析的結果可得知,影響耗電量最有影響力的控制因子為冷卻水塔噸數,其噸數越小則耗電量越低。

This thesis utilizes power line communication structure of LonWorks communication technology, set up a set of instant monitoring systems, Use the power line module of LonWorks communication technology to integration the three-phase digital power meter , thermometer , switch control module,infrared ray module . The surveillance system includes the energy surveillance system, temperature surveillance system, switch control system, infrared ray system, real-time video surveillance system , event scheduler, Data Logger. This surveillance system can be applied to the chiller and cooling tower. This thesis also uses the Taguchi Methods in the field to influence the influence factor of the power consumption of cooling tower, the factor include dry bulb temperature , relative humidity , wet bulb temperature , input water temperature of cooling tower, supply water temperature of cooling tower and RT of cooling tower, and analyse relatively large what influences the proportion of the power consumption of cooling tower for these parameters,and in which level cooling tower can save electricity relatively .By the result, the most powerful control factor of the power consumption is RT , its ton is counted small the power consumption is the lower.
