高速下行連結封包存取系統之毫微微蜂巢式基站優化軟體平台開發

Development of Performance Enhancement Software Platform for HSDPA Femtocell Base Station

摘要


第三代行動通訊系統近年來在全球行動通訊市場中能提供較高的位元速率傳輸,如寬頻分碼多重擷取技術(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access, WCDMA)。由於使用者及電信業者對服務品質(Quality of Service, QoS)及高速率資料傳輸的需求及期望持續成長,在WCDMA規格中所加入的最重要功能之一為高速下行連結封包存取(High Speed Downlink Packet Access, HSDPA)技術。作為WCDMA的演進,HSDPA能以更高的資料速率有效地在空中介面進行數據傳輸。 在本論文中,吾人利用基因演算法(Genetic Algorithms, GA)來優化毫微微蜂巢式基地台(Femtocell Base Station)之佈建。Femtocell基站的最大功能在於解決室內環境的訊號不佳問題,並可改善室內行動訊號覆蓋品質,有助電信業者節省龐大的費用。而在Femtocell基站的室內環境下,使用者期望會有更多元化的服務以及不同的多媒體服務可供選擇。吾人將利用三種排程演算法(Scheduling Algorithms, SA)計算在HSDPA系統上發展使用者所需要之服務資訊(Data Service),而經由不同的排程模擬使用者所需之吞吐量(Throughput),最後可看出使用者其服務品質與其系統輸出效能。 本實驗室所建構的無線網路優化軟體平台就是為了讓網路佈建者在規劃時能有一些有效的參考依據,同時節省成本,減少直覺判斷的不周全,進而提升更好的無線通訊網路系統,並且提供更多有用的資訊。

The third generation mobile communication system has already supported high data rate transmission in recent years, such as WCDMA. For terminal users and telecommunication companies expect for better QoS and high data rate, so that introduced of WCDMA standard technology was HSDPA. For the enhancements of WCDMA, HSDPA provides higher data rate and more efficiency transmission in air interface. In this thesis, the genetic algorithms were used to deploy the locations and cell planning optimization of femtocell base stations. The femtocell base station can result in a highly increased signalling for indoor environment, and also improve mobility signalling indoor coverage, so that can help telecommunication companies reduce the cost. In the indoor environment, the users expected for more services and multimedia could be serviced. The three scheduling algorithms were used to schedule the data service of users in HSDPA, the throughput performance has been considered with the scheduling algorithms, the simulation results showed that HSDPA provide high data rates and system performance depending on the scheduling algorithm used. The wireless network performance enhancement software platform built by lab in order to reduce the cost and provide more useful reference resources for the network planners instead of imperfect traditional judgment by experience when planning a network. Then a better wireless communication system was achieved and the user can get more useful information.
