並聯式複合動力機車動力元件匹配之分析

摘要


本研究探討並聯式複合動力機車HEM(Hybrid Electric Motorcycle)的能量管理控制策略及分析複合動力系統整體性能。混合動力系統中,以內燃機引擎、電動馬達/發電機為驅動車輛之動力源,兩動力源經過動力分配機構分配動力,故動力分配關係為系統效率發揮的重要指標,利用其車輛行車法規型態(Driving Cycle)轉換成驅動車輛所需要之扭力與速度,再使用控制策略分配動力輸出及輸入,便可得到車輛最終之扭力、轉速等相關資料,做為能量管理與控制上的依據平台。 依據MATLAB及ADVISOR之基本模型架構,對於100cc與125cc之引擎,與三種功率不同的電動馬達,相互搭配出六種組合,在探討在行車型態ECE_EUDC_LOW(歐洲城市道路循環低速模式)下,六種組合的機車燃油經濟性(Fuel Economics)、廢氣排放(Emissions)、引擎(Engine)與電動馬達(Motor)扭力之變化。

In this article we describe the energy management control strategy and analyze the HES (Hybrid Electric System) performance of HEM (Hybrid Electric Motorcycle). In HES, the power comes from internal-combustion engine and electronic motor/generator. The power distribution relationship is an important index of system efficiency because two kinds of power are distributed by power distribution mechanism. By using the vehicle regulation on driving cycle to transform the power into torque and speed and to use control strategy to distribute the power output/input, we can obtain the vehicle’s final torque, rpm...etc, as a basic platform of energy management and control. According to basic model in MATLAB and ADVISOR, we use three motors with different efficiencies for 100cc and 125cc engines, respectively. Under the ECE_EUDC_LOW (Urban road circulation low-speed way in Europe) driving cycle, we discuss the variations of fuel economics, emissions, engine and motor torque in motorcycles with these six combinations from above considerations.
