隨著人們依賴冷氣程度日益升高,家用分離式冷氣日益普及,也開啟商用分離式空調系統的市場。VRF(Variable Refrigerant Flow,變冷媒流量,簡稱VRF)系統為商用直膨變頻分離式冷氣系統的一種,其性能效率受外氣溫度影響很大,本研究希望以實際使用案例分析採用微霧系統對降低室外主機進風溫度及節能的影響,期望以最低的成本達到最佳的節能效果。 本研究結果顯示微霧系統可以降低空調機房進風溫度,最大可降低1.5℃。對VRF系統室外機冷凝器進風溫度,250型主機最大可降低3.8℃,平均可降低1.23℃;800型主機最大可降低4.5℃,平均也可降低1.21℃。在節能效益分析方面,250型主機最大可節能5.29%,總平均節能只有1.15%;在800型主機最大可節能12.33%,總平均節能3.97%。
When people deeply rely on air conditioning, residential split air conditioner is getting popular. It also introduces the commercial split air conditioner to the market. VRF (variable refrigerant flow) system is kind of major commercial split air conditioners. Basically, the performance and efficiency of VRF would be influenced by outside air temperature. This study is to analysis the effect of the misting system on reducing the supply air temperature and energy saving consequence. We are attempted to spend the lowest cost but meet the achievement of best energy saving performance. The result shows that the misting system can reduce supply air temperature by 1.5℃ maximum. As per VRF type 250, it also reduces the supply air temperature of condenser by 3.8℃ maximum and averaged by 1.23℃. When evaluating to type 800, it may reduce 4.5℃ maximum with the average of 1.21℃. Compared type 250 to type 800 in the aspect of energy saving, maximum saving ratios are 5.29% and 12.33% respectively; total averaged saving ratios are 1.15% and 3.97% respectively.
