本實驗利用毛細管電泳儀經電流校正與黏度校正分析物的電泳遷移率,再計算多酚化合物(黃芩素;漢黃芩素;柚皮素;黃芩苷;芹菜素;木犀草素;原兒茶酸和對-香豆酸)與硼酸根離子間之結合計量比與結合常數,並使用紫外光/可見光光譜利用莫耳比法與Scott法來測定多酚化合物與硼酸根離子間之結合計量比與結合常數,並比較pH值對結合常數的影響。 結果顯示,紫外光可見光光譜法中的莫耳比率法與毛細管經黏度及電流校正後,酚酸與硼酸根離子間之結合計量比皆是1:2,表示毛細管電泳法與紫外光/可見光光譜法所得到的結果吻合。
In this article,we determine binding constants and binding stoichiometry for polyphenols compound (Baicalein、Wogonin、Naringenin、Baicalin、Apigenin、Luteolin、Protocatechuic acid,and p-Coumaric acid) and borates by capillary electrophoresis with viscosity correction,current correction and mole ratio method of ultraviolet-visible spectroscopic in different pH. Compare the binding stoichiometry for polyphenols compound and borates by mole ratio method with the binding stoichiometry for polyphenols compound to borates by capillary electrophoresis with viscosity correction and current correction, we find no matter which kind of methods,it shows good agreement with 1:2.
