摘要


隨著通訊技術由傳統固網方式,漸朝向網路化、數位化、智慧化、個人化來發展,在單一網路平台上實現語音、數據、影像…等多項綜合業務已成為電信網路發展的目標及必然趨勢。國內早期有中華電信公司獨佔固網市場,之後再有三家固網業的投入,除了市話這段為配合“最後一哩”到拉線,仍必須由中華電信公司獨占業務外,其他在語音傳輸上、長途及國際通訊,乃至大哥大通訊業務皆愈來愈競爭,且同時間由網路化去發展。而IP電話的出現,使語音業務在網路上高效傳送成為最可能性的,這種方便性、經濟、有效且嶄新的通信手段,正讓所有人來日漸接受及配合。 因此我們可深信在未來三年內人們彼此利用電話設備溝通中所花費的長途及國際話費,應會降至現今的20%以下,如此一來要迫使市場上這四家固網業者必須再朝往其他附加價值高的功能面去發展,以保生存。 本論文主要是研究IP語音技術的相關內容及介接設備閘道器、SIP代理伺服器,並從另一既設之PBX角度的展示VoIP介接於PSTN的吸引力及解決方案,本論文研究結果能使企業及個人用戶皆可享受到其便利性和實用性,同時降低其建置費用和節省通訊費用。

As the telecommunication technology migation from fixed network to the Internet-based, digital , intelligent and customized trend integration of voice, data and image on a single network platform has become the goal and inexorable trend for the telecom network development. In Taiwan, Chun Hwa Telecom was the monopoly company in the fixed network market in the early years, and later joined by three other fixed network companies. Except for the monopoly business of the “ Last Mile ” provided by Chung Hwa Telecom, services of voice transmission, long distance calls, international class, and mobile communication have come more and more competitive, and are developed on the network.The emergence of IP phone marks high efficiency transmission of voice service possible. The convenient, economical, effective and new telecommunication tool has been accepted and been used by more people. Therefore, the cost spent on long distance and international calls is expected to be as low as 20% of the cost today. Thus, the four existing fixed network companies are forced to develop other value added businesses. This thesis research on the content of IP technology with PSTN connect to Gateway,SIP and present the advantages and solution of VoIP from another existing PBX aspect. This thesis research result to be allowing enterprise and individual users enjoying the convenience and practicality. They can reduce its construction expenses and save the communication expenses at the same time.
