以SIP為基礎於用戶電話交換機之網路整合彈性編碼研究

The Research of Free Numbering of PABX Network Integration based on SIP

摘要


國際電信聯盟-電訊標準局(International Telecommunication Union- Telecommunication Standardization Sector;ITU-T)制定 E.164[1]規範,制定國際、國家及區域號碼編排規則,使得全球的電話號碼有了統一安排,但也局限了號碼編排的發展。 近年來,開放式電腦通訊系統,行動電話號碼可攜(Number Portability;NP)的出現,突破了傳統號碼區域編排的規則限制,使用人不用再因換系統需要換號,使耗時費力的改號通知的問題得以解決;1995年網路語音協定(Voice over IP;VoIP)出現,會談啟起始協定(Session Initiation Protocol;SIP)的發展,也突破了號碼區域編排的規則與方式,然而於用戶電話交換機(Private Automatic Branch eXchange;PABX),在網路號碼彈性化的編排方面,不同廠牌的PABX網路,幾乎無此標準協定發展。 本論文主要是研究運用PABX的標準功能,配合SIP的基礎下,突破PABX網路連線的號碼使用限制,達成分機號碼可攜的目的。本研究成果,能提供大型企業用戶及參與SIP VoIP系統網路整合規劃工程人員之參考依據。

ITU-T defined standard E.164 for numbering[1], it defined rules for country、city and local coded, so we have the most completed numbering plan to use, but it still has a limitation on free numbering. Advanced telecom computing architecture in open communications system, GSM can be Number Portability(NP)to different operator and broke the numbering rules, user have no inconvenient and many notification in GSM operator change without number; Voice over IP (VoIP)appears in 1995, in developing of SIP(Session Initiation Protocol)have no limit in numbering plan and location characters, in this case, the different brand PABX(Private Automatic Branch exchange)have no standard protocol in PABX network free numbering. This paper base on current standard PABX function and SIP study, can make a breakthrough PABX network numbering integration limit, NP function can be use in PABX. The results of this paper can be a standard for the person who attempts to deploy SIP VoIP system network integration and enterprise.
