變電所設備巡檢管理系統之研製

摘要


為方便台電工程人員進行變電所巡檢,本文說明如何配合已開發之巡檢記錄器所記錄之巡檢結果,設計適合台電使用之『二次變電所設備巡檢管理系統』,此系統可供巡檢人員將巡檢記錄器之巡檢記錄上傳至資料伺服器,或將各變電所巡檢之項目及RFID標籤辨認碼等資料下載至巡檢記錄器。亦可供工程人員查詢各變電所設備之巡檢記錄、變電所內各項設備資料、電驛設定值等,依據各項查詢資料,亦可印製各項表單。此外,亦可供工程人員以瀏覽器經由網際網路或台電內部網路,直接查閱伺服器內以建置之各變電所單線圖,並直接點選圖內各項變電所設備,進而連接至各資料庫,查詢各設備之巡檢記錄。

To expedite Taiwan Power Company’s (TPC) engineers recording inspection results of substation facilities, a Substation Facility Inspection Management System (SFIMS) will be proposed in this thesis. This system is mainly for managing the inspection results obtained by the developed Substation Facility Inspection Recorder (SFIR). In one way, TPC’s engineers can upload the recorded inspection results stored in SFIR to the data server through SFIMS. In the other way, TPC’s engineers can also download inspection items and RFID tag identification codes to SFIR. With SFIMS, users can look up inspection records and manufacturing data of every facility in the substation. Moreover, the setting values of every relay in the substation can also be searched. As the looked up data are obtained, various kinds of forms and tables can be printed out through SFIMS. The system single line diagram of every substation stored in the data server can be viewed through Internet or Intranet by “data explorer.” By clicking onto every facility icon in the single line diagram, the database recording inspection results of the associated the facility can be reached and looked up.
