側驅式橢圓機之設計與分析

摘要


本研究設計一款新型側驅式橢圓機,透過電腦輔助繪圖軟體找出其運動軌跡,與踏板在運動軌跡中之位置與角度,確認其皆符合成人步行之運動軌跡,本研究之設計特色為有效降低佔地面積並保持機台前後之通透感。本研究首先針對關於各種不同類型之橢圓機,進行專利以及相關文獻蒐集,根據驅動機構位置與各種不同的機型種類加以分類與分析,並創新設計構想,發展為側驅式橢圓機之設計方向。本研究利用機構合成,以史蒂芬生三型六連桿組為整體機構之架構,並加入踏板輔助機構,使踏板角度能更符合人所行走時腳掌的角度。本研究透過電腦輔助繪圖軟體繪製電腦模型,同時確認運動模擬及干涉檢查,並配合電腦輔助分析軟體進行結構之應力分析,以確保其強度符合使用安全。

This research designed a new side-driven elliptical exerciser. Its motion trajectory and pedal positions and orientations were obtained by using a CAD software to ensure that the motion trajectory satisfy adult’s pace. The features of this design are reducing occupied floor area and retaining longitudinal visual penetration. This research collected, classified, and analyzed all patents and literatures about different elliptical exercisers, and created new design concepts to develop design direction of side-driven elliptical exerciser. This research employed mechanism synthesis and used Stephenson-III six-bar linkage as the base structure with a pedal assisting mechanism to adjust pedal angle for human pace. CAD software was used to construct computer model and to verify motion simulation and interference check. CAE software was employed for structural stress analysis to ensure its strength for safety usage.
