產品品質關鍵要素流程之研究-以筆記型電腦為例

摘要


注重品質的目的除了降低成本與滿足客戶之外,對企業而言更具有建立形象、吸引投資者並使品質成為企業的文化與態度。近幾年來國內各企業積極改善研發與生產流程,以追求更好的競爭力來從眾多競爭者中脫穎而出。而流程中的某些關鍵要素會顯著地影響品質,因此當我們可以掌控這些關鍵因素之後,良率可提升而品質自然將被大幅改善。本研究以建構出產品品質關鍵要素的流程為目標,期望產品在研發過程中藉由此流程的導入,得以提升產品品質。 本研究依循六標準差設計的精神,自設計初始就防堵問題的發生,嘗試從現有的筆記型電腦研發流程中,建構出控制產品品質關鍵要素的假設流程。首先客服部門在開發階段提供研發單位維修的資料,讓研發單位可以整合所有品質相關的關鍵要素並排列出重要順序,然後找出品質關鍵要素的控制參數,並在驗證及試產階段中將控制參數最適化再導入量產,達到品質提昇之目的。 本研究以研發中的筆記型電腦導入實驗流程,利用品質機能展開法的加權方式,得出表面塗裝耐磨性為最重要之品質關鍵要素;再對應特性要因圖與產線不良的數據,得知膜厚占表面塗裝耐磨性不良的42%,為主要的控制參數;研究中將膜厚參數的製程能力在驗證及試產階段最適化,最後以自動化噴塗作業的Cp(1.67)及Cpk(1.66)的狀態導入量產。比對實驗前後的維修數據發現,因塗裝耐磨性而造成的塗裝表面刮傷脫漆問題,由實驗前的年度維修項目之首位降為在3個月之間只有2件案例,顯示本研究之流程有助於品質改善。

The objectives of emphasis on product quality are to create enterprise image, to attract investors, and to let quality become enterprise culture and attitude, except reduce cost and satisfy customers. In recent years, every domestic enterprise improves development and production process energetically in order to pursue better competitiveness from numerous competitors. Some of critical factors will influence quality apparently; the product yield rate and quality will be substantially improved by control factors. The purpose of this study is to construct the process of product critical quality factor, expectantly product quality can be improved through this process is led in new product development. This study follows the spirit of six sigma design, to prevent problem occur from initial of product design, to construct a supposed process to control critical quality factor of product from current notebook development process. Firstly customer service department provides design department the repair data, to let designer integrates all of quality related factors, to arrange the importance order, to figure out the control parameter of quality factor, and then let the parameter is led in mass production after it is optimized during verification and trial run stage, finally the product quality can be improved. Developing notebook is applied in experimental process of this study, to find out the wearability of surface coating is the most important of critical quality factor by weighted method of Quality Function Deployment (QFD), and the dry film thickness is the main control parameter of surface coating wearability, it leads to wearability defect 42% after compared ‘Cause and Effect Diagram’ with defect data. To optimize the process capability in verification and trial run stage, to find out also lead Cp(1.67) and Cpk(1.66) with automatic paint process in mass production. The finding after compared the repair data of before and after experiment, the issue of coating wearability that cause surface scratch has been improved from primacy of annual repair item to only 2 cases within 3 months, it means the process of this study contributes to quality.
