噴霧造粒對陶瓷燒結特性之影響

本研究使用機器噴霧造粒的方式取代手工造粒,目的在得到實心球狀的造粒粉末。從氧化鋁和氧化鋯水系漿料的實驗中,可得知機台進口溫度、漿料固含量、漿料分散性質、氧化鋁粉末種類及分散劑種類(PAA-1800及D-821A)對噴霧造粒粉末缺陷形貌有重大影響,而影響程度又以漿料分散性質為最大、進口溫度次之、固含量最小。若使用D-821A當作分散劑,當添加過量時(大於0.4wt%),易造成噴霧造粒粉末產生缺陷形貌。當進口溫度越低(50oC)、固含量越高時,有利於形成無缺陷的造粒粉末,但卻嚴重影響到整體產率。在設定進口溫度為225oC下,噴霧造粒應用在不同粉末如氧化鋯及氧化鋁,可以發現一個趨勢:氧化鋯與氧化鋁漿料的分散性質和黏度值,是主要影響噴霧造粒粉末有無缺陷顆粒產生的因素,而噴霧造粒粉末粒徑大小及均勻度和霧化器轉速成反向關係。本研究漿料配方為黏結劑添加量3wt%、以PAA-1800為分散劑添加量0.2wt%、固含量50wt%,能得到無缺陷的造粒粉末。而不同形貌的氧化鋁造粒粉末在燒結至1600oC時,缺陷形貌的造粒粉末其晶粒大小不一,無缺陷形貌的造粒粉末晶粒大小則較均勻,但顆粒形貌的不同對燒結緻密度並無顯著差異。

In this study, we use machine instead of manual manner to do spray granulation, with the objective in getting solid spherical granulated powder. From experiments of alumina oxide and zirconium oxide aqueous slurry, we know that the inlet temperature of the machine, the solid content of slurry, the dispersion properties of the slurry, the type of alumina powder and the type of dispersant (PAA-1800 and D-821A) can make significant influences on defects in shape of spray granulation powders, and the greatest degree of impacts are the dispersion properties of the slurry, followed by the inlet temperature of the machine, and the solid content of slurry is the least. When we use D-821A as a dispersant and adding excessively (greater than 0.4wt%), it would easily lead to defects in shape of spray granulation powder. When the lower the inlet temperature (50oC) is, the higher the solid content of slurry is, the easier to obtain granulated powder without defects, but seriously affect the overall yield. When setting inlet temperature at 225oC, the application of different spray granulated powder such as zirconium oxide and alumina oxide, a trend can be found: the dispersion properties and viscosity of zirconium oxide and alumina oxide are the main factors of whether obtaining defects in shape of granulated powder or not. And the particle size and uniformity of granulated powder are inversely related to rotational speed of the atomizer. The slurry formula in this research is binder added to the amount of 3wt%, with PAA-1800 as the dispersant added to 0.2wt%, and solid content added to 50wt%, and we can get defect-free granulated powder. When sintering the different shapes of alumina oxide granulated powder to 1600oC, the defect in shape of granulated powder’s grain size vary, and defect-free granulated powder’s grain size is relatively uniform, but the sintered densities are no significant differences in the different shape of granulated powder.
