摘要


乳癌是國內女性最常見的癌病,更是女性十大死因之一。一般人乳房有硬塊,往往羞於告人,又害怕切除乳房,而耽誤治癒機會。其實大部份的硬塊多是良性,而治療乳癌也不一定要失去整個乳房。因此若能早期發現早期治療,將能大大降低其死亡率。 本文主旨在於結合力學模型與乳房腫瘤組織移動特性,研發出結合超音波影像與觸覺特徵之非侵入式電腦輔助診斷系統。將可疑之非正常組織透過超音波探頭所擷取影像,以及力量感測器所回傳之非正常組織之物理特徵,並且建構出一力學模型將腫瘤之移動特性量化,進行一連串乳房腫瘤之分析及預測其良惡性。

Breast cancer is a cancer that starts in the cells of the breast in women. Breast cancer is one of the ten leading causes of death for women in Taiwan. Most women who have breasts lumps are often ashamed, and/or they fear about the potential removal of the breast. In fact, most of the lumps are benign, and treatment of breast cancer does not have to lose the entire breast. The early detection of early treatment can greatly reduce the mortality rate. This paper aims to develop a mechanical model to describe the mobile characteristics of breast tumor under external force excitation. The model utilizes an ultrasound probe to capture the breast cancer image and a force sensor to measure the reaction force by the tumor. A quantitative method of the mobility for different type of tumors has been proposed.
