本研究是針對電路板測試載具的製作,發展一套電腦輔助製造系統。傳統的電路板測試載具製作流程是既專業且繁雜的,導入電腦輔助製造系統,將可有效提升載具製作效率及可靠度。 本研究的實現是以Borland C++ Builder為程式開發工具,並以物件導向開發方法,結合圖形檔的載入、資料庫的連結、銑削路徑規劃及NC加工程式的產出,建構出「電路板測試載具電腦輔助製造系統」。整合圖形顯示介面及NC加工程式檔輸出的功能,同時提供簡單易懂的操作介面,短時間內即可訓練操作人員輕鬆上手。在測試載具製作的製程上可取代AutoCAD及MasterCAM等專業軟體,可減少操作人員訓練時間,降低操作人員訓練門檻,及節省企業軟體建置成本。 最後,本論文使用SoftMill模擬載具的銑削加工,以驗證此系統的可行性。其結果顯示本系統可正確建立測試載具的銑削路徑,並增加載具製作效率。
The main purpose of this thesis is to develop the “Computer-Aided Manufacturing system for load board production process”. In general, the traditional way of load board production is a professional and complicated process. Adaptation computer-aided manufacturing systems for load board production process will be able to improve efficiency and reliability. The system is implemented by using Borland C++ builder with object-oriented development methods. It can achieve various intelligent processing functions such as milling parameters batch setting, component database link, machining path planning and generate NC code, and so on. The system integrates user-friendly interface and NC machining code export. It can substitute AutoCAD and MasterCAM on load board production processes to reduce operator training time and save the enterprise software implementation cost. Finally, this thesis use SoftMill simulation load board milling to verify the correctness of machining path planning. The results indicate that the system can properly establish the milling path of load board so that the production efficiency can be increased.
