摘要

本研究首先針對倒立機及伸展機之健身器材，尋找相關的學術期刊、論文及專利公報進行收集、彙整並整理分類與分析，依據所收集之文獻倒立機運動模式與倒立伸展機運動模式來加以分類，且分析不同運動模式的特性與差異，作為後續複合式倒立伸展機設計研發的參考方向。
倒立機是一種可以拉直我們的脊椎及促進血液循環的一種健身器材。伸展機是一種可以伸展我們腰部及舒坦全身肌肉的一種健身器材。本研究利用創意機構合成之方法，首先確立設計需求與設計限制，並設計本研究所需求之連桿組，在利用作圖法來找出本研究之連桿機構。此外，本研究藉由Pro/Engineer電腦輔助設計軟體，進行複合式倒立伸展機機構之尺寸合成，建立其3D Model，再利用COSMOS進行應力、應變及位移之分析，以確定所設計複合式倒立伸展機之機構強度，並應用Pro/Assembly模組中Mechanism指令之模擬功能，對所設計之複合式倒立伸展機進行動態模擬，同時確認本研究之複合式倒立伸展機於運動過程中無干涉情形發生，最後則進行實體模型的製作，使新設計之複合式倒立伸展機得到驗證。本研究經過以上種種步驟所完成之複合式倒立伸展機，具有二種功能合而為一與操作簡便等特性，讓使用者能於健身運動的過程中喜愛健身運動同時達到更佳的運動健身效果。

Firstly, this research focuses on inversion machine and the stretch machine, seeks and collects the information from relative academic periodical, the thesis and the patent communique then classifies and analyses it . To classify the collected literatures according to their movement mode and analyse the character and difference under the different movement mode .The results can be referenced to the direction of design research and development of the advanced multifunctional inversion-stretch machine .Inversion machine can pull the vertebra straightly and speed the blood circulation .The stretch machine can extend our waist and relax the body muscle . This research will systematize the above-mentioned two functions and carry on the design of new type of the advanced multifunctional inversion-stretch machine .
