電動代步車防滑差速器之分析與設計

摘要


本研究首先針對市面上差速器之相關專利公報加以收集整理分類與分析,發現目前絕大多數的防滑差速器皆是利用在汽車上,很少看到將防滑差速器使用在行動不便人士的電動代步車上。因此,為了讓電動代步車使用起來更加安全,本研究將針對目前市售之代步車差速器進行有系統的研究,並且提供兩種設計,經過一連串的尺寸合成、運動模擬、干涉檢查,確認其為可預期之機構。首先防滑差速器設計一之設計,將會在實驗中證明具有防滑之功效;而防滑差速器設計二之設計,會經由Ansys 11.0進行靜態結構分析,以判斷該設計是否在安全範圍內,並了解該設計之實用性,期望能夠更貼近電動代步車使用者的需求。

The research focuses on a anti-slip differential. By collecting related patents classified and analysis them, it is discovered that most anti-slip differential using on cars. Few anti-slip differential apply on scooters for handicapped people. In order to make the scooter more safety, I will make research on scooter in the market. I will provide two design methods, and then utilize the dimension synthesis, motion simulation, interfere check, to check whether its in the expected mechanism. The first design method will prove their anti-slip capability in an experiment. And the second design method will use Ansys 11.0 computer software to verify the structure. In order to understand design's practicability, press close to the handicapped user's demand even more.
