引擎蓋彈升裝置之設計與分析

摘要


本硏究係關於引擎蓋彈升裝置之分析與設計,並針對各種類型之彈升機構,進行廣泛的專利公報與論文之蒐集,加以整理、分類與分析其優缺點,參考此分析之結果後,重新設計出一款新式的引擎蓋彈升裝置,其主要包含引擎蓋之前開與後撐之功能。 依據創新機構之設計流程,首先必須定義出主要的功能需求,並再依照其主要功能及需求來設計引擎蓋彈升裝置之基礎架構,完成架構之後,再設計一組連桿機構以整合各項功能。本研究以SolidWorks 2007繪製引擎蓋彈升裝置之3D模型,並使用其附加功能COSMOS Motion進行運動模擬及干涉檢查,最後使用Adams/PostProcessor做引擎蓋彈升裝置之靜力分析及利用ANSYS Workbench來暸解引擎蓋彈升裝置之應力的分布情況。

This thesis deals with the Design and Analysis of a Hood-Lifting Device. By searching, collecting and analyzing the collected patents and as a reference during process, the Hood-Lifting Device includes the main function of opening and lifting. Based on the innovation mechanism designing process, defined the target function of the hood comes first. Through the requirements and function needed to set up the basic structure of the Hood-Lifting Device and design a set of connecting rod that integral functions. Drawing the 3D prototype of the Hood-Lifting Device by SolidWorks 2007 software, using the attached COSMOSMotion to do simulate and interfered experimental activities, by Adams/PostProcessor to do static analysis and ANSYS Workbench is use to know that the applied situation on the Hood-Lifting Device.
