急診推床之分析與設計

摘要


本硏究係專注於急診推床之分析與設計,針對急診推床之機構分析與設計,廣泛收集各國專利公報及市售之急診推床型錄做詳細分析,並以升降方式為原則將其區分為兩大類型。再依據年代、地區來區分不同升降與傾斜機構之急診推床發展趨勢,作為新設計之參考方向。 依據創新機構之設計流程,首先必須定義出主要的功能需求,並依照其主要功能及需求來設計急診推床之基礎架構,完成架構之後,再設計一組連桿機構以整合各項功能。而在操作急診推床時,最在意的莫過於推床之安全、升降、傾斜功能,故本研究旨在設計一款採用七連桿雙自由度之連桿機構,來達成具有升降傾斜功能之急診推床。再藉由Pro/Engineer Wildfire 3.0軟體完成急診推床之細部設計、尺寸合成以及3D建模,最後再以ANSYS 11.0電腦輔助分析軟體進行應力分析,以確保急診推床之設計在使用上安全無虞。

This research deals with the design of the mechanisms of an Emergency bed. After collected the patents and the market products, according to the form of height and the angle of inclination mechanism can be summed up in two types. Following the procedures of creative mechanism design, the performance requirements were defined and the basic structure of the new standing recliner was constructed referring to its functions and key dimensions. A new linkage mechanism was designed to coordinate all required functions after the conceptual design is accomplished. While operating the emergency bed that ones mind most are no more than the security, rise or fall and the slopes function. So the research has to design an emergency bed which adopt one type of 7-bar linkage of two degree of freedoms to reach the height and the angle adjust of inclination mechanism. And then emergency bed detail design, size to coalition with 3D modeling with Pro/Engineer Wildfire 3.0, Finally, the emergency bed 3D model that will be already finished, begin stress analysis by ANSYS 11.0, it is in order to understand and confirm emergency bed feasibility and exactness.
