台北捷運軌道運輸噪音改善需求指標之研究

摘要


台北捷運的最大特色,在於其為世界唯一全線無鋼軌伸縮接縫之軌道系統,雖然如此,當電聯車運行時仍然會產生大小不等的噪音,而噪音則是影響捷運運輸品質的重要因素之一。因此本研究主要針對目前軌道噪音改善的優先順序及路段,作一深入的探討,並尋求更為合理且適用的磨軌排序。 本研究主要的研究內容即針對軌道運輸系統噪音之成因進行研判,並經分析評估,擬定出軌軌道噪音的防治對策,並對部分防治對策的結果量測做一初步分析比對,釐清對策與成因在理論上及實務上之成效比對,以提供噪音防治之最佳方案。 本研究首先回顧相關噪音改善的研究文獻並探討台北捷運噪音改善現況,以作為後續研究的背景資料,增加對鋼軌噪音改善的認識,此外對鋼軌噪音的成因分析及磨軌頻率兩方面的議題作深入的探討,並建立噪音改善需求綜合指標。台北捷運目前營運路線雖分為中運量及高運量惟只有高運量屬鋼輪軌系統故本研究以高運量為研究範圍。 噪音改善需求綜合指標的建立,首先是對會造成軌道噪音的影響因子作探討,再蒐集實際量測數據應用回歸方式建立軌道噪音之七個模式,第二部份則是利用專家問卷的方式,應用Delphi-AHP的技巧,求取七個噪音因子的權重,建立能改善噪音品質的綜合指標。 經由數據的彙整分析,由各路段所呈現噪音改善需求綜合指標,可以判斷噪音改善的需求強度,尤其是波狀磨耗的改善,依此噪音改善的需求強度便可排定磨軌的順序及時機。

This research main of research the content aim at the system noise of the orbit conveyance namely it become grind to judge because of carrying on, and through analysis valuation, the draw-up derails the prevention and cure counterplan of orbit noise, and to part prevention and cure the result measurement of counterplan do an initial analysis ratio to, distinguish a counterplan and become because of theoretically and the result ratio on the actual situation to with provide the best project of noise prevention and cure. This research looks back the research cultural heritage that the related noise improves to also inquire into the improvement current conditions of mass transit noise in Taipei first to is the background data of the follow-up research, increment to the improved understanding of the steel rail noise, in addition to steel rail noise of become because of analysis and whet track frequency the subject of the both side to make a thorough study, and build up a noise improvement a need comprehensive index sign.Mass transit in Taipei operates currently although the route be divided into medium carrying capacity and high carrying capacity however only high carrying capacity belong to a steel round track system past the origin study to take high carrying capacity as range of research. The noise improvement need synthesizes the establishment of index sign, is the influence factor which brings orbit noise to meeting to make a study first, again collect an actual measurement data application to return to seven modes of returning the orbit noise of the way establishment, part 2 then makes use of the way of expert's questionnaire, applying the technique of Delphi-AHP, begging to take seven powers of noise factors
