PC、PBT複合材料與光電材料之研究

摘要


第一部分:最近在導電性的高分子領域的研究發展以獲得具有實用潛力的材料。這些高分子中以聚苯胺最感興趣,本研究細探討利用化學氧化聚合方式合成聚苯胺共聚物(PAn/PMAS),利用苯胺與苯胺的衍生物聚合形成苯胺共聚物,對共聚物的電化學行為與性質加以探討。 第二部份:本研究使用自由基不終止聚合反應方法合成出4-(N,N-Diethyldithiocarbamylmethyl)benzyltrimethylammonium改質蒙脫土製備奈米高分子複合材料, 作為我們蒙脫土pk-802的改質劑,使蒙脫土達到剝離的狀態,再以FTIR,X-ray ,TGA及拉伸性質研究其物性及鑑定。

Recently obtained in the conductive polymer domain research development has the practical potential material。In these polymers the polyaniline most to be interested,in this work novel nanocomposites comprising PAn/PMAS are prepared by the chemical oxidation of aniline in the presence of PMAS,and their physical properties characterized。The nanocomposites are found to posses novel optical and electrochemical properties, with conductivitiy。 Nanocomposites of clay-PBT are studied in this research. The clay are exfoliated by acrylic acid living polymerization. The exfoliated nanocomposites are obtained with clay contents ranging from 1% to 10%. The tensile strength and glass transition temperature increase significantly after adding the clay. On the other hand ,Nanocomposites of clay-PC are studied in this research. The clay are exfoliated by acrylic acid living polymerization. The exfoliated nanocomposites are obtained with clay contents ranging from 1% to 10%. The tensile strength and glass transition temperature increase significantly after adding the clay.
