Polyimide及光電材料之合成與性質研究

摘要


導電高分子具有獨特的光電性質與半導體特性,成為目前熱門的高分子光電材料,其應用廣泛如:有機發光二極體、有機場效電晶體、電致變色材料、太陽能電池、等。本實驗是將噻吩接上矽氧烷之側鏈基,由於噻吩本身是溫變色分子,且矽氧烷具有較低的玻璃轉移溫度,因此本實驗合成一系列矽氧烷噻吩及噻吩矽氧烷之共聚物,如:Poly(siloxanylthiophene-co-3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)、Poly(siloxanyl thiophene)、Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)。再探討矽氧烷噻吩及其共聚物之熱性質、光學性質。 另一方面,合成4-(N,N-Diethyldithiocarbamylmethyl)benzyltrimethylammonium Bromide作Clay Pk-802之改質劑,使Clay達到完全剝離之狀態。利用單體(BTDA-ODA) 與不同含量之有機Clay先合成Poly(amic acid)-Clay 前驅物溶液,再利用四乙氧基矽烷與乙醇,以溶膠-凝膠法來合成Poly(amic acid)-Clay-SiO2前驅物溶液,再經由高溫脫水環化,製備 Polyimide-Clay-SiO2 奈米複合薄膜。再加以探討其熱性質、機械性質、光學性質、阻水氣性質及介電常數等分析。

In the first part of this study, poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) and other conduc -ting polymers (polyaniline、polythiophene) have been demonstrated to be particularly useful in many applications, such as light-emitting diodes, organic field effect transist -ors, electroluminescent, solar cell, supercapacitors. In this work, we have successfully synthesized a series of polythiophene derivatives, containing siloxane groups attached to the C-3 position of thiophene units, such as poly(siloxanylthiophene)、poly(3,4-eth -ylenedioxythiophene)、poly(siloxanylthiophene-co-3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene).Th -ese copolymers exhibit good thermal stability with decomposition temperatures and glass transition temperature. In the second part of this study, a series of novel the polyimide-clay-silica nanoc -omposites were synthesized by in-situ sol-gel process.The modified clay was exfoliated by living free radical polymerization. On the other hand, The sol-gel method was adopted to prepare hydrolyzed solution which contain tetraethoxysilane(TEOS) and ethanol, then pour this hydrolyte into polymer solution. All these hybrid solution are spin coating on glass substrate and gelation by step temperature raising. The final polyimide-Clay-silica nanocomposites will be obtained.
