隨著電子工業上的發達,軟磁鐵氧體在這方面之應用有廣泛的需求,其中四氧化三錳是常的材料,由於它在較嚴峻的環境中還能保持特定性質,所以近幾年來技術配合科技的進步在設備使用上愈加成熟。 本研究是在溶液中利用氧化沈澱的方式來氧化錳二價離子,控制其鹼性的條件達到所需之pH值及電位使之氧化反應能往四氧化三錳之最終產物行進。本實驗還加入碳酸根來提高電負性,並和沒加入碳酸根來做比較。先以濃度來說當濃度提升時,其結晶性由XRD和FE-SEM之儀器檢測中可得知,結晶的強度和結晶的顆粒大小都隨著濃度的提升,而有所上升;在有無含碳酸根之比較中,有含碳酸根在低濃度時結晶性質就有提升的現象,但是沒含碳酸根在高濃度時其結晶度才會有好的現象。
In the electronic industry application of soft magnetic ferrites has extensive demands, among them the manganous manganic oxide is one of material to be applied. It could remain characteristic properties under severe environment, so its application ripens gradually in years. In this experiment research, oxidation precipitation was employed to oxidize divalent manganese ion in the solution, and the necessary pH value and electric potential was controlled to render oxidation reaction in order to synthesize the final product manganous oxide. In this experiment we also addes carbonic acid to raise electro negativity and the results for the cases of with and without carbonic acid were compored added. Degree of crystallization and the particle size were measured using XRD and FE-SEM techniques all of with the addition of the crystallizing properties in thin thickness cases have improved. For the case of carbonic acid free, the crystallizing properties only under thick thicknese.
