無機聚合樹脂應用於RC矩形梁FRP貼片撓曲補強之研究

摘要


目前應用於RC梁維修補強的研究中,大多都以CFRP來包覆補強,其使用的粘接材料-環氧樹脂的不耐高溫的性質是現今尚待解決的問題。本研究製作彎矩控制之RC矩形梁,並以無機聚合樹脂作為粘接材料,以在梁底包覆玻璃纖維及碳纖維之方式進行正彎矩補強,且採用不同包覆型式及層數,探討其與CFRP撓曲補強之效益。初步結果顯示無機聚合樹脂粘貼玻璃纖維確實可增加RC梁之開裂強度。但無機聚合樹脂的黏結力可能不及環氧樹脂,容易發生介面脫層破壞。為了探討最佳的粘接材料及有效的補強策略,本實驗除梁底外另加使用U型包覆,結果顯示效果的確較強。

Nowadays, the major material used for jacket strengthens of RC beam repair is CFRP, and the bonding material is Epoxy. However, Epoxy’s nature is unable to against higher temperature and no solution to solve this problem at the modern times. In the present research, the bonding material is replaced from Epoxy to Geopolymer. And for bending control, covered GFRP and CFRP at the bottom of RC beam to process strengthening in flexure. Discussed the benefit of CFRP and GFRP by apply different cover types plus cover layers. The preliminary result showing that Geopolymer bonding with GFRP can really increase the bonding strengthens of RC beam. On the other hand, Geopolymer’s bonding ability is not as well as Epoxy so it is easier to caused interfacial debonding damage. For probe into the best bonding material and the effective strengthen tactic. The present research is not only covering at the bottom of RC beam, but also use U type wrap; and the result is showing positive.
