由於溫室效應與氣候變遷加劇,各國政府紛紛採取應對措施限制溫室氣體排放。汽車製造廠開始對環境保護予以足夠的重視,投注大量資源進行電動車的研發與生產,自此之後,具備能源與環保效益的電動車輛在全球汽車市場掀起一陣研發熱潮。放眼全球汽車產業與消費市場,電動車已經是未來車輛載具的發展趨勢。然而電動車若要成功取代現有運輸載具體系,尚有許多困難需要克服。就提高電動車週邊配套設備普及率的前提之下,電動車用充電站相關的標準與規範能否順利公佈實施,已成為足以影響大局的關鍵因素之ㄧ。 本研究收集全球投入電動車發展的主要國家,針對電動車用充電系統相關規範,釐清各標準與規範之間差異性,並整理影響電動車充電站普及的相關因素,從電力供應系統、智慧電網的發展與建設、環境與充電站配合的關聯性等領域,對照我國「電動車輛傳導式充電系統實務規範」提出建議,希望能提供產業界、學術界、研究單位以及政府機構,作為後續進行訂定電動車充電設備相關標準參考。
Due to the impact of greenhouse effect and climate change, most countries have been taking actions to reduce greenhouse gas emission. Thus, automobile manufacturers have started to focus environment issue and invest significantly in the R&D of the electric vehicle. As a result , the trend of R&D of electric vehicles with less power consumption and environmental friendly factors has been formed. The electric vehicle is becoming the mainstream in the global automotive market. However, there are still some obstacles to replace Transportation vehicle system with electric vehicles. In terms of increasing the penetration rate of infrastructure construction,if the standard of the electric vehicles could be finalized, would be an influential element. This study is focus on collecting the standards of the those countries investing largely in this charging system and identify the difference. Besides,organizing the factors that impact the popularity of charging system suppliers for domestic electric vehicle, including the electric power supply, development and construction of intelligent electric web and correlation between charging station and environment. To make a suggestion according to electric vehicle Conductive charging system per current industry status , market demand and the trend of R&D. Hoping that this study could be a reference for making the standard of electric vehicle charging system.
