車用摺疊椅之分析與設計

摘要


本研究為車用摺疊椅之分析與設計,經由廣泛蒐集各國之專利公報之後,以車用摺疊椅的摺疊方式,將其區分為前摺式、後摺式、下摺式以及一特殊類型。在專利的分類分析過程中發現,現有的摺疊椅大多以雙自由度的收摺方式為主,當其收摺時,椅背的摺疊與位置的收納必須分次進行,此就操作便利性而言這顯然不夠完善,有鑑於此,本研究擬設計一款新型單一自由度的車用摺疊椅;只需單次操作即可完成所有的收摺工作。 本研究所設計之車用摺疊椅,係根據國家標準(CNS)與人因工程規範定義其設計需求與設計條件,透過運動產生與函數產生等機構類型合成方法,可找出適合本設計之瓦特I(Watt-I type)型六連桿組,再經由尺寸合成後,以Solidworks繪圖軟體建立3D model,並利用COSMOS motion模組進行動態模擬,確認機構作動時並無干涉發生。最後,為確認該新型之設計於使用時安全無虞,本研究最後以ANSYS進行結構應力分析,藉此檢視其應力大小是否在降伏強度之內,並將分析結果提供作為後續設計修改及生產實體的參考。

This research is analysis and design of vehicle folding chair. After collecting the patens and data of marketable products, this study has divided folding chair into 4 types by folding manner; forward-folding type, backward-folding type, downward-folding type, and a particular type, respectively. They revealed that; the existing folding chairs are usually take the way of two degree of freedom, which folding action of seat back and overall location would be carried out in twice, it is not easy for user manipulate. Thus, the main purpose of this research is design a new type vehicle folding chair with one degree of freedom, and achieve the folding motion complete which just need one time manipulation. The design of the vehicle folding chair was according to Chinese National Standards(CNS) and human factors engineering to establish conditions and limits of design, which was produced by the motion generation and function generation of type synthesis for mechanism, to find out a appropriate Watt-I type six-bar linkage for framework, and after dimension synthesis for mechanism, to build up its 3D model by Solidworks software, check whole motion simulation by COSMOS motion and then implement ANSYS 11.0 to analyze stress and strain.
