高齡化為未來全球性的趨勢,而高齡者所需之健康照護產業相關產品需求將迅速成長,政府推動發展六大新興產業為我國政府之重要施政目標,行政院已將健康照護產業列為生技產業重點發展項目之一。 本研究基於上述之原因,將歸納出幾個影響健康照護產品標準與檢測驗證技術推廣策略評選之重要因子,並作深入分析及探討,以提供相關單位作為推動之參考。本研究經由Kano二維品質法探討健康照護產業產品相關推動策略的主要影響因子;然後將Kano二維品質模式獲得之重要影響因子,進一步利用AHP法探討健康照護產業產品之最佳推廣策略。 本研究經文獻回顧與專家問卷調查等研究方式,並結合Kano二維品質模式與AHP法探討健康照護產品標準與檢測驗證技術推廣策略各項因子之權重,研究結果顯示命令管制、經濟誘因與教育宣導三種策略中,以經濟誘因之影響權重最高,故「經濟誘因」為健康照護產業產品標準與檢測驗證技術之最佳推廣策略;「命令管制」為次佳推廣策略。此項研究成果將提供政府相關單位做為擬定健康照護產品標準與檢測驗證技術推廣策略之參考。
Aging will be the global trend in the future, and health care industrial related products which the elderly need will grow rapidly. To to promote the development of the six new industries is important policy goal of the government. The Health care industry has already been identified by Executive Yuan as one of the key development projects in the biotechnology industry. This research is based on the above reqirements to summarize a few of important factors of evaluating promotion strategies for national standards and inspection technologies of health care products. Following a comprehensire analysis and study. And to provide some guidelines to relevant parfies for the promotim. Using Kano model identity the key factors for the related promotion strategies; then use AHP method further to study the optimised promotion strategies for the health care industrial products. This study has been conducted by the literature review and expert questionnaire survey, then to use both Kano model and AHP method to discuss the weight of factors that affected promotion strategies for the standards and inspection technologies of Health Care Products. The results show the three strategies that Command Control, Economical incentives and Education promotion, the impact of Economical incentives has the highest weight. Therefore, suggest "Economic Incentives" to be the optimal promotion strategy. The study results will provide the government as the reference for promotion strategy for standards and inspection technologies of health care products.
