微帶陣列天線之饋入線路的創新設計

摘要


本論文提出的微帶陣列天線之饋入線路的創新設計,饋入方式是採用微帶線藉由共振腔經槽孔耦合到微帶陣列天線。此饋入方式中僅使用一條微帶線段就可使能量耦合至微帶陣列天線中每一個陣列元素,也因此可避免ㄧ般傳統共平面微帶陣列天線,使用多條微帶線段串接成H型網路所帶來饋入線路的耗損。本論文提出的饋入方式因為藉由共振腔耦合的關係,因此要考慮到共振腔激發的模態,且每個模態所產生的電、磁場型皆不相同,所以必須探討饋入微帶線擺放的位置所激發的共振腔模態。由模擬電、磁場應證了將饋入位置放置於不同位置處,可激發出不同模態。 本論文設計出以共振腔耦合方式之2x1微帶陣列天線,同時也設計一組相對應之傳統共平面2x1微帶陣列天線,用來證實本論文提出的饋入方式比傳統共平面饋入方式來的好。為了證實新饋入方式之優點,本論文利用有限元素法(Finite Element Method;FEM)而發展的高頻結構模擬軟體(High Frequency Structure Simulation;HFSS)來進行模擬,模擬結果會再以實驗去加以驗證,來證實共振腔耦合之微帶陣列天線具有傳統共平面微帶陣列天線的特性,且可有效降低微帶線所帶來耗損的問題。

A novel feed work using cavity-feed and slot-coupled techniques for microstrip patch arrays is proposed in this thesis. This feed work only to use a microstrip line to enable the energy coupling to the microstrip patch arrays in each array element, also therefore may avoid the conventional corporate microstrip patch arrays, uses the many microstrip line to connect H the network to bring feed network is losses. A feed work using cavity-fed and slot-coupled techniques for microstrip patch arrays is proposed in this thesis, therefore must consider the cavity work up mode, also each mode produces the electromagnetic field is not all same, therefore must discuss the cavity work up mode which into the microstrip line place position. Simulation electromagnetic field by should prove has feed into the position to different position, work up different mode. A 2x1 patch arrays with the proposed feeding structure is designed. Comparison will be made between the performances of the cavity-fed slot-coupled design and the corporate feed 2x1 patch arrays to demonstrate the advantages of the proposed design over the conventional design. In order to demonstrate novel feed work an advantages, this study employed the finite element method-based High Frequency Structure Simulation (HFSS) tool to perform the required simulations. The simulation results are verified experimentally to indicate that the cavity-feed and slot-coupled techniques for microstrip patch arrays has the conventional corporate microstrip patch arrays characteristic, also effectively reduce the question which the microstrip line brings losses.
