白光有機發光二極體光場特性與光場分佈實驗研究

摘要


本論文實驗白光有機發光二極體(WOLED)的光場函數與理想點光源的光場分佈函數的差異性。目前單一點光源建構平面光源的方法主要以導光板將單一點光源導光成平面光源,而WOLED則是二維平面的自發光源,發光機制完全不同的光源則應有不同的光場函數。本論文使用單一面光源WOLED以及單一點光源建構的平面光源進行光場函數的量測,並同時與理想點光源比較其實驗結果。實驗結果發現,單一LED光源與WOLED面光源與理想點光源的光場函數都有相當接近,而LED所構成的面光源則與理想點光源的光場函數則有較大的差異。在統計實驗數據比較發現,單一LED光源與理想點光源的光場函數有較高的相似,而WOLED單一面光源與理想點光源則在光場函數中相去甚遠,再繼續比較LED所構成的面光源以及WOLED面光源的光場函數,發現仍有相異。結果發現,不管是LED單一光源或是以LED單一光源建構的平面光源,在光場函數上,都與WOLED的光場函數有所不同,所以在應用端上,LED與WOLED應有不一樣的使用規格,在WOLED光源上則應有特別應用的照明規格。

This thesis research is to measure the optical field distribution of a white organic light-emitting diode (WOLED) and investigate its difference between an ideal point lighting source and a WOLED planar lighting source. The optical field distribution of a WOLED with genuine planar light-emitting mechanism is expected to be different from that of a point lighting source. Various optical field distribution functions were measured by using single WOLED planar source with 10x10mm2 lighting-emitting area as well as single LED, single LED converted sources for comparison purpose. Our experimental results reveal that the optical distribution functions of single WOLED and LED are similar to that of an ideal point source. The optical distribution function of the planar source converted from single LED is quite different from that of an ideal point source. These comparative results among various optical distribution functions were also quantitatively confirmed by using statistical T-test.
