框式施工架安全設計之研究

摘要


目前有關框式施工架相關法規,例如「中國國家標準」及「營造安全衛生設施標準」等,大多著重於新品(未曾使用)框式施工架之承載強度設計。然而,就實際執行層面而言,施工廠商往往以舊品(曾經使用)之框式施工架進行作業。其中,舊品框式施工架之品質參差不齊且難以掌握,若採用框式施工架的品質不佳,容易造成整體結構產生不穩定的情況,因此建立適用框式施工架之選用原則,具有其不容忽視之重要性。 再者,框式施工架於施工期間發生倒塌之情形,時有所聞。其主要原因在於框式施工架於設計階段,忽略實際施工之最大載重。所以若能建構施工架之安全設計程序,不僅可作為設計框式施工架之參考依據外,亦可因明確之參考設計項目,減少施工單位與監造單位因認知上差異而產生爭議之可能性。 綜觀上述,本研究分別就「構材品質」及「安全設計」兩方面,建立框式施工架之安全設計程序與選用原則。同時,藉由互動式網頁工具語言PHP與MySQL資料庫,將框式施工架承載強度之檢核過程網路化,使施工單位可即時推估框式施工架之承載強度,期望減少營建現場框式施工架倒塌意外之發生。

At present, the correlation laws and regulations related to construction scaffold, like「 Chinese National Standard」, and 「Safety and Heath of Construction Facility Standard」 and so on, mostly emphatically the scaffold to the new product (not used) to construct the load bearing strength design. However, carries out the stratification plane, the construction merchant often uses old , once used construction scaffold to carry on the work. Among them, the quality of an old construction scaffold is irregular and hard to control, if using a construction scaffold of which the quality is not good, it is easy to create the overall construction to have the unstable situation, therefore building suitable construction scaffold we must select the principle to construction scaffold. It is very important. Furthermore, the situation where construction scaffold occurs collapses during construction period is heard frequently. Its main reason lies in construction scaffold in design phase, neglecting the actual biggest carrying capacity of the construction. Therefore, if we can construct the construction security design guideline, it may be reference of construction scaffold, but also be the reference that clears design project. And it can reduce the dispute between department of construction and department of supervision. After surveying above, this research is separate into two aspects, "the construction material quality" and "the safety design", to write security design procedure of construction scaffold to select the principle. At the same time, the affiliation by the interaction type homepage implementation language (PHP) with the MySQL information bank, we can check the strength of the loaded construction scaffold online, making it possible for department of construction to estimate loading strength of construction scaffold. It is expected to reduce the accidents of collapsing scaffold.
