智慧電網創新人機介面開發 整合分離式空調節能之研究

Developing an Innovative Human-Machine Interface for Smart Grid and Energy Saving Control of a Splited Air-Conditioner

摘要


智慧電網,在近年由於各國政策制定、全球趨勢潮流下逐漸明朗化,無非希望在能源利用上做更有效率且妥善的使用。本研究中認為若機械設備改善運轉效率已達物理定律下的極限,無法有跳躍性突破,最終節能應回歸到使用者的使用習慣上! 觀察近幾年智慧電網興起,美國Google、Intel、CISCO、GE等世界大廠陸續投入進行連結各發電端所需的先進讀錶基礎建設。 故本研究致力於開發智慧電錶與使用者兩者之間可攜式顯示器,結合無線射頻辨識系統,發展一終端人機介面,以電子紙作為一顯示介面,充分利用電子紙雙穩態(Bistable)特性,不同於現今市面上相關產品,除較為複雜的操作介面外,仍離不開電力裝置持續供電的關鍵點;而本研究成功開發一可在無需任何電力裝置供電下仍可維持顯示很長一段時間之卡片型顯示器,此一顯示器屏除任何複雜介面亦無須透過繁瑣的操作手法,卻能夠即時、簡單、清楚、明確地顯示出目前空調機的運轉耗電情況與累積用電度數。如此一來不僅僅是讓一般使用者甚至將使用年齡層拓展至年長或年幼的族群,在享受環境空間舒適度同時,隨時可透過電費視覺化,讓使用者更加清楚為自己做最經濟划算的操控模式,亦達到最終節能與人連結之目的。 最後亦由實驗場所中,記錄為期一年下來的耗電量監測分析得知,導入目標用電管理系統,除了平均可節約能源達20%之外,其人為節能因素更可為整體節約效率再往上提升3-7%的節能空間幅度。

In recent years the “Smart grid” because of national policy development, global trends tide gradually become clear. Nothing more important than proper use of energy. In this study, we discussed that under the laws of physics to improve the equipment operational efficiency get to 10-20% already reached limit. If we wanted saving more energy than should be returned back focus on user's using behavior! In the U.S. many companies already invested the “smart grid” research, especially the Advanced Metering Infrastructure(AMI)& Automated Meter Reading(AMR). Google, Intel , CISCO, GE and other manufacturers have been put the Automated Meter Reading system into the world in past few years. The purpose of this study is developing a intelligent portable display card. Combine with RFID (Radio-frequency identification system) tech and e-paper display to deliver a terminal man-machine interface. The e-paper's “Bistable” feature is different to related display products,it doesn’t need any electricity supply to keep display after the information changed. We are successful developed a power supply don't need any electrical installation can replace the e-paper original thin film battery. This display card just like a normal card in our life, it doesn't have any complex operations or need to connect with the internet to get information. In real time the display card always simple, clearly show the air condition power consumption and user used accumulation kilowatt. Easy to use means energy saving not only for general users but also can expanding to the elderly and child at the same time all can enjoy the comfort environment of space. By delivering smart meter and electricity visualization will let user do the best control for self at any time. The most important thing is it can be reached between energy saving and human links purposes. Finally, we recorded the power consumption monitoring from experimental sites for one year down. And then we found that import the Chunghwa Telecom’s iEN target power management system can save the chiller energy 20% average. But plus the human factor can improve energy saving more then 3-7% in the same space.
